Play & Shine – Playgroup Leader
We’re looking for a caring, enthusiastic and creative Playgroup Leader to join our Play & Shine team.
This is a rewarding opportunity to work with children aged 0–5 years who have learning disabilities or emerging additional needs. The role involves helping children build confidence, develop new skills and, most importantly, have fun in a safe, supportive and inclusive environment.
As Playgroup Leader, you will lead friendly playgroup sessions, plan and deliver engaging activities, and create a welcoming environment where children and their families feel supported, included and valued.
The Role
- Tuesdays and Thursdays, during term time
- 9:00am–12:00pm
- An additional 2 hours of paid preparation time
- £14.40 per hour
